By booking services with Gallman the Great, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🎩 Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, Venmo, or other agreed methods.

📅 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

⏰ Event Requirements

The client is responsible for providing a safe and appropriate performance environment, including adequate space and reasonable working conditions.

Any significant changes to the event (location, timing, or setup) should be communicated as soon as possible.

🎭 Performance

Gallman the Great agrees to provide professional entertainment services as described at the time of booking.

Performance details, including duration and type of entertainment, may vary depending on the event and agreed package.

⚠️ Liability

Gallman the Great is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during the event, except where required by law.

📸 Media & Promotion

Photos or videos from events may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

🔒 Privacy

Client information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services.
