At Gallman the Great, we strive to provide a high-quality entertainment experience for every event. Please review our refund policy below:

🎩 Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits are required to secure your event date and cover the reservation of that time.

📅 Cancellations

If you cancel your booking, your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.

🔁 Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance may be accommodated based on availability.
Your deposit may be applied to a new date if rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

💰 Remaining Balance

If payment has been made beyond the deposit amount:

Refunds for additional payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.

⚠️ Performer Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Gallman the Great must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:

Any payments made will be fully refunded
OR
An alternative date will be offered
